About Sandford PR

Sandford PR is a communications agency specialising in luxury design, interiors, and adjacent premium sectors. We represent some of the most respected names in the industry and are known for delivering thoughtful, creative strategies that elevate client profiles globally. Our structure means every team member has a direct impact on campaigns, content, and client relationships. We pride ourselves on combining creativity with strategic thinking to deliver results that matter.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a combined PR and digital remit. This is a support role sitting within both the PR and digital teams, reporting into the PR Account Manager and Digital Director. It is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of agency experience who is looking to develop across both disciplines in a collaborative, hands-on environment. You will assist with the day-to-day running of integrated client accounts, supporting senior team members on PR and digital workstreams. You will also have responsibility for your own client relationships and digital account management, maintaining high standards across all work you deliver. Enthusiasm for the luxury and design world, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to get stuck in are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • PR Support
    • Support the PR Account Manager with press office management, including drafting and distributing press releases, responding to media enquiries, and maintaining up-to-date media lists.
    • Assist with the preparation and coordination of press events, product launches, and client-facing occasions.
    • Carry out research to support pitching, new business, and campaign development, including sector trends, competitor activity, and media landscapes.
    • Help to build and maintain relationships with relevant journalists, editors, and influencers across luxury, design, interiors, and lifestyle media.
    • Monitor press coverage, compile coverage reports, and assist with client updates on PR activity and results.
    • Work closely with digital colleagues to ensure PR and content activity are aligned across integrated campaigns.
  • Digital & Client Management
    • Manage your own client relationships day-to-day, providing updates, presenting ideas, and maintaining polished, proactive communication.
    • Own project timelines and delivery across your accounts, managing competing deadlines and ensuring all work is signed off on time and to a high standard.
    • Develop and execute digital content across social media and other digital platforms (copy, graphics, video).
    • Maintain content calendars, scheduling, and posting.
    • Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and produce insight-driven reports.
    • Prepare and distribute clear, concise status updates and reporting, keeping clients fully informed on content performance and campaign progress.
    • Work with our SEO Manager to deliver crafted, considered copy for client websites, boosting both Google and Generative Chat visibility.
    • Stay informed on trends in luxury design, interiors, architecture, and related creative sectors.
    • Keep pace with developments in social media, AI tools, and the broader digital landscape, proactively sharing relevant insights with the team.

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an agency environment, preferably with some exposure to both PR and digital across luxury, design, interiors, or adjacent sectors.
  • Confident and personable in client-facing situations; able to communicate updates and ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Some experience of press office activity, whether drafting press materials, liaising with media, or supporting events.
  • Good research skills, with the ability to gather information and present it clearly to support the wider team.
  • Strong portfolio of digital content creation (social media, video, photography, graphics).
  • Comfortable working with analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent) to track performance and draw out actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, where appropriate for relevant purposes (guidelines to be provided).
  • Competent with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools; basic video editing experience desirable.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a keen eye for brand tone of voice.
  • Highly organised and deadline-driven; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with a proactive, solutions-first approach.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus.
  • Passion for luxury, design, interiors, or premium lifestyle industries.
