The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Variety of 2026 start dates. Seasonal field harvest workers required to harvest crop. Whilst being physically demanding, this is a very rewarding job in the great outdoors. Due to the nature of the job, flexibility is needed in terms of working hours which can involve weekend work.
Pay rate is NMW as a minimum with the potential to earn more as work is paid on a piece rate.
Key Responsibilities- Complete and understand essential mandatory training and/or safe working procedures
- Report any incidents, near misses and safety conversations in a timely manner
- Ensure all traffic management procedures are followed
- Ensure that all harvested product is suitable for sale and within customer specification
Embrace new technology and ways of working that improve efficiencies e.g. Ranger scanning.
