Stephen Sanderson Transport are looking for an organised and efficient Administrator to support the transport team each day. We are committed to delivering excellent service through safe, efficient, and professional transport operations. The Transport Administrator plays a key role in supporting these objectives and ensuring the smooth running of the transport department.

You will assist with the day-to-day operation of transport activities, involving:

  • Inbox management
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating documentation

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the Transport Team
  • Maintaining accurate transport records, databases, and filing systems

  • Managing incoming telephone calls, multiple inboxes, and correspondence
  • Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers
  • Handling transport enquiries and providing updates on deliveries and collections when required
