Our leading client has an exciting new position for a Workforce Analyst. As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the models and processes that determine how many labour hours each of their sites needs. You will work closely with the Workforce Management Partners to define and deliver the strategy for the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the models that determine how many labour hours their sites need, including maintaining accurate inputs, managing and updating model assumptions, changing code, and validating outputs.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management Partners to ensure system configuration and workload rules are accurate and up-to-date, diagnosing and resolving any issues.
  • Play a critical role in the annual budgeting process, working closely with Finance to provide forecasted hours by sites, backed up with clear rationale and commentary.
  • Enhance workforce models, systems, and reports, and support the implementation of the development roadmap.
