You'll work closely with commercial and operational teams to improve how data is used across the business, helping drive better decision making and a stronger self serve analytics culture. What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a small BI / Analytics team
- Designing and delivering scalable BI solutions and reporting frameworks
- Working closely with commercial stakeholders to understand business needs and turn data into actionable insight
- Supporting the development of self serve analytics capabilities
- Improving reporting automation, data quality and governance processes
- Helping shape the BI roadmap and wider analytics strategy
- Remaining hands on across SQL, reporting and data transformation work
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience leading or mentoring BI / Analytics teams
- Experience with modern BI tooling such as Power BI, Looker or similar
- Experience working within cloud data environments such as BigQuery
