We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to provide leadership, structure and delivery confidence throughout the engagement. This will require experience with either insurance, life pensions or Financial services. Key responsibilities Oversee all phases of business acceptance testing, from planning and preparation through execution and closure. Build clear, effective communication between testing teams and key stakeholders, including project managers, developers and business analysts. Monitor testing progress, track key quality metrics and manage the defect lifecycle to support transparency and timely resolution. Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practice, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to timelines and deliverables.
