Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking to take on a more strategic, consultative role? At Sanderson Solutions, we're looking for a Talent Partner to become a trusted advisor to our clients; influencing hiring decisions, shaping workforce plans and delivering talent strategies that drive real business outcomes. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional recruitment and work closely with senior stakeholders, helping organisations attract, engage and retain exceptional talent.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Leading workforce planning and strategic hiring conversations
- Providing market intelligence, talent insights and salary benchmarking
- Designing attraction strategies and developing proactive talent pipelines
- Using recruitment data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting employer brand initiatives and direct sourcing activity
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues across the team
What we're looking for:
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO, Recruitment or Talent Partnering environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting recommendations and insights to senior audiences
- A commercial, consultative approach to talent acquisition
- Experience influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning activity
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
