Rate: Flexible (inside IR35/via umbrella)

Location: Hybrid working in London (1x per week onsite)

Duration: 3 month initial contract

Sanderson are currently partnered with a leading retail brand to identify a Systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst will support their Technical Operations team in a BAU-focused position, primarily supporting Own Brand and General Merchandise product lines. This is a data-heavy role, supporting c.11,000 users (internal colleagues, suppliers and third parties) and ensuring systems remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose. Working closely with a Reporting & Systems Manager, you'll act as a key link between systems, data outputs and business users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of system enhancements aligned to brand and commercial strategy
  • Day-to-day management of system requirements, configuration and access
  • Analysing user feedback and translating this into practical system improvements
  • Coordinating with technology teams and third-party providers to track upgrades and service delivery
  • Producing accurate reporting and maintaining service level feedback
  • Supporting business cases and managing low-impact business change activity

About you:

  • Experience in a systems, data, reporting or business support role
  • Strong Excel and technical skills with high attention to detail
  • Experienced with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle ORBC
  • Comfortable working in a structured, BAU environment
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to translate user needs into practical system or process improvements
  • Background in Retail or FMCG
