This role will suit a hands-on engineer with a strong Desktop / EUC background and a proven track record delivering device refresh and rollout programmes. The position will focus on end-to-end device rollout, OS migration and broader estate modernisation within a structured delivery environment. You will also provide post rollout desktop support (floorwalking).

Key focus areas:

  • Laptop refresh (build, configuration, deployment) alongside Windows 11 / 23H2 migration
  • OneDrive migration, security enhancements (BIOS / Biometrics) and certificate transition
  • Supporting AV/screen rollout and wider EUC project activity
