We’re supporting a growing organisation with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Stoke. The role will include improving processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting digital transformation. This role requires regular on-site presence (3 days per week) and is ideally suited to candidates who already hold, or are eligible for, SC clearance.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in business or process analysis roles.
- Active or recently held SC clearance (strongly preferred).
- Background in defence, government, or secure environments.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.g. BPMN, flowcharts, user stories).
- Experience identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Exposure to automation and digital transformation projects (RPA, workflow, low-code).
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Understanding of Agile and user-story-driven delivery models.

- Engage with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Document and analyse current-state and future-state processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
