The Internal Change Communications Specialist will support the rollout of a significant set of new and updated People Operations processes across the business, covering most of mainland Europe. Working within a shared services / people operations environment, the role will focus on translating complex, mapped processes (c.48 processes and sub-processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers) into clear, engaging, and user-friendly communications and guidance for internal teams and leaders.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in change management and/or change communications within complex organisations.
- Strong experience writing clear, engaging internal communications for varied audiences.
- Hands-on approach, comfortable taking ambiguous or evolving requirements and shaping them into a clear narrative and plan.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex processes into user-friendly, accessible guides and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in People Operations, HR shared services, or a similar environment.
- Experience supporting process rollouts across multiple countries or regions.
- Familiarity with financial services or similarly regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of internal change communications to support the rollout of new People Operations processes across mainland Europe.
- Take requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, shaping them into clear communication and rollout plans.
- Create high-quality, engaging internal communications for Operations, HR teams, and People Leaders, tailored to different audiences and levels of detail.
- Help establish and maintain a central, user-friendly knowledge library that enables easy access to process guidance and supporting materials.
- Translate complex process documentation into clear, practical, and easy-to-follow process guides.
- Partner closely with Process, Data, and People Ops leads to ensure priority processes are understood and embedded within agreed timelines.
- Support the adoption of Joiners, Movers and Leavers processes and other core People Ops workflows.
- Apply change management principles to drive engagement, reduce resistance, and enable smooth transition to new ways of working.
- Ensure communications and materials meet the high accuracy and compliance standards required within a financial services environment.
