We're working with a household retail client on a new Workforce Management (WFM) Post-integration enhancement project focusing on enhancing tooling, processes and user experience across score and back-office environments.
They're looking for a BA with the following skills:
- Exposure to Monday.com or similar workflow tools
- Experience with Workforce Management systems
- Experience in multi-brand / group environments
- Retail experience (store + back-office operations)
- Experience improving ways of working and operational processes
