A leading financial institution is seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to join our team.
As an Agile Coach, you will be pivotal in facilitating and supporting our Agile teams, ensuring strict adherence to Scrum principles and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering teams to consistently deliver exceptional, iterative results within a regulated financial environment.
- Facilitate Agile Events: Expertly facilitate Scrum events, ensuring they are consistently productive, positive, and delivered within the agreed timebox.
- Ensure the quality of ceremony artifacts and the continuous delivery of customer value through effective iteration execution, meticulous backlog refinement, and the incorporation of stakeholder feedback.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and escalate risks promptly, removing impediments and effectively shielding the team from disruptions, with a particular focus on regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Foster and coach Agile teams to embody Agile attributes and embrace continuous improvement, encourage proactive stakeholder collaboration, and drive the development of high-performing team characteristics.

Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
Demonstrable experience of working successfully in an Agile transformation environment within the financial services industry.
A strong understanding of Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS) within a banking context.
Knowledge of authorization and authentication technologies, including Policy as Code, IAM, and IAM solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, coupled with patience and resilience to drive change and overcome resistance within a large financial institution.
Accredited Agile practitioner with relevant certifications.
