They have secured a high-profile engagement with a London Market insurance syndicate and are seeking an experienced

We are looking for a true management consultant with a background strategic change, operating model design and executive-level advisory engagements within insurance.
The Opportunity
Working under the direction of the client facing Director
A strategic assessment covering
- Current state assessment of the client against the wider market.
- Identification of AI investment opportunities.
- Technology stack improvements required to enable AI adoption.
- Recommendations on how these investments support value creation plans.
- Ideal Experience and Background
• Candidates should be able to
- Take direction effectively.
- Operate professionally in a client environment.
- Produce high-quality consulting outputs.
- Build structured storyboards and presentations.
- Develop coherent slide decks and recommendations.
- Output Format
- Approximately
30–60 slide presentation .
You will be expected to
- Produce the initial draft.
- Drive the analysis and content creation.
- Act as the \"engine room\" of the engagement.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working for a recognised Management Consultancy (Big Four, Tier 1, Tier 2 or Boutique Consultancy preferred
- Senior Manager consulting experience
- Strong London Market, Lloyd's, Specialty or Commercial Insurance expertise
- Proven track record delivering strategy and transformation engagements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversights
- Strong presentation, storyboarding and executive report-writing capability
- Ability to quickly build credibility with senior insurance leaders
