We are seeking an experienced Service Now CSM Developer.
You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with clients, develop Service Portal components, and integrate them with various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Service Now Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Service Now scripting.
- Extend portal functionality with Service Now APIs and integrations.
- Ensure responsive, user-friendly design and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the portal with Service Now modules and external systems.
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
- Contribute to best practices, innovation, and technical problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Service Now certifications (CAD, CIS)
- Experience in CSM, ITSM, RESTful APIs, and custom Service Portal themes.
