Sanderson is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit several experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a growing in-house talent team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a technology recruitment background who enjoy stakeholder engagement, direct sourcing and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for recruiting specialist technology professionals across a range of disciplines.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience within an RPO, or Talent Acquisition environment and are comfortable managing recruitment processes from brief through to offer acceptance.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technology vacancies.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight.
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting specialist technology talent.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Managing internal and external recruitment campaigns.
- Ensuring recruitment activity is delivered within agreed service levels and hiring timelines.
- Producing and presenting recruitment metrics, reports and hiring updates.
- Driving improvements in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering a consultative service to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience recruiting within the technology market.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Experience recruiting for technical skillsets such as Cloud, AI, Salesforce, Cyber Security or Security Cleared roles would be advantageous.
- Background within an RPO or in-house Talent Acquisition function.
- Comfortable working within a structured and process-driven environment.
- Experience using recruitment data and reporting to influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
