We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong functional and technical expertise, ideally from InsurTech or Insurance consultancy. This role will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy. You will lead a team of 5–6 Business Analysts and collaborate closely with architects, delivery excellence, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Product & Roadmap Ownership
- Lead both Functional and Technical product & roadmap ownership for the Insurance platforms.
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value and strategic goals.
- Define and control product scope to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder & User Engagement
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture operational insights.
- Facilitate user group sessions to gather feedback and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with BAs and Architects to ensure accurate reporting and alignment.
- Solution Leadership
- Lead solution discussions across cross‑functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into product features and technical direction.
- Ensure product decisions align with business objectives and platform strategy.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 Business Analysts.
- Drive clarity, structure, and delivery excellence across the product lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience both Functional and Technical Product Management on an Insurance platform e.g. Duck Creek, Guidewire, Acturis, DXC Insurance solutions etc.
- Experience working with BAs, architects, and cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Customer facing ability.
