A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Group Paralegal to join its Legal team.
This role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of commercial legal and corporate governance activities within a global business, working closely with senior legal stakeholders and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance activities, including board and committee administration.
- Assist with Companies House filings and maintenance of statutory records.
- Manage legal entity administration and associated corporate governance matters.
- Draft and review board resolutions, meeting minutes and corporate documentation.
- Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs and other commercial agreements.
- Support legal entity restructuring and business reorganisation projects.
- Liaise with external advisers and corporate service providers.
- Assist with authorised signatory processes and delegation of authority matters.
- Provide legal and governance support to key business functions.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation .
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience as a Paralegal within a commercial legal environment.
- Experience supporting corporate governance, company secretarial or legal entity management activities.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to board administration and corporate governance processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- International business exposure would be advantageous.
