Key Responsibilities- Architect and deliver end-to-end features across modern React front ends and Node.js back ends
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in an agile environment
- Champion best practices in code quality, performance, and accessibility
- Mentor peers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Integrate APIs, manage state, and ensure seamless user experiences
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure
- 5+ years' commercial experience in full-stack development with React as your primary front-end framework
- Deep knowledge of React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong Node.js back-end skills, including REST API design and authentication
