A high-growth, globally recognised consulting firm is expanding its UK Banking practice and is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to lead and grow its Private Banking and Wealth Management offering. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for client delivery, revenue growth and market expansion within one of the most commercially active segments of financial services.

You will combine strategic advisory, business development and leadership of complex transformation programmes, working directly with C-suite stakeholders across leading UK and international wealth institutions.

The Opportunity

  • Own and scale strategic client relationships across private banking and wealth management
  • Lead the origination and delivery of high-value transformation engagements

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Leadership
    • Own key client accounts with responsibility for revenue, growth and profitability
    • Build long-term strategic relationships across business, operations and technology
    • Position the firm as a trusted advisory partner across transformation agendas
  • Business Development
    • Originate and close new consulting engagements within the wealth and private banking sector
    • Leverage an established network to generate sustainable pipeline
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity shaping through to negotiation and close
  • Delivery Leadership
    • Provide executive oversight across large-scale transformation programmes
    • Ensure delivery excellence across scope, timelines, commercial outcomes and risk
    • Intervene where required to resolve critical delivery challenges
  • Practice & Team Growth
    • Mentor and develop consulting talent across multiple levels
    • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the UK practice
    • Support hiring and capability build aligned to market demand

Your Background

  • 10+ years’ experience in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services
  • Strong track record within private banking and/or wealth management
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation programmes
  • Proven experience originating and winning consulting work
  • Established network within UK wealth / private banking highly advantageous
