As an Experience Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting seamless, emotionally intelligent, and data-informed user journeys across our digital platforms and end-to-end customer experiences.
Experience Required:
- Experience designing digital products in high-growth environments (fintech, consumer tech, or scale-ups).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design, with a focus on mobile-first journeys.
- Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and AI-enhanced design workflows.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with behavioural design, service design, and systems thinking.
- Passion for solving real problems through design and delivering measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys across mobile and web platforms, ensuring clarity, delight, and conversion.
- Translate user needs, behavioural data, and business goals into actionable experience maps, prototypes, and UI flows.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to co-create solutions that are technically feasible and commercially impactful.
- Ensure every experience is accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.
AI-Driven Design Practice:
- Use AI tools (e.g. generative UI, predictive journey mapping, LLMs for research synthesis) to accelerate design cycles and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Apply machine learning insights to personalise user flows and adapt interfaces in real time.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI design tools and workflows to stay ahead of the curve.
Customer Insight & Behavioural Intelligence:
- Partner with Data and Research teams to uncover deep behavioural insights and translate them into design opportunities.
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate hypotheses and iterate based on real user feedback.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, embedding experimentation and rapid iteration into every stage of the design process.
Design Systems & Consistency:
- Contribute to the evolving design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across squads.
- Maintain high standards of craft and polish, with a strong eye for detail and interaction design.
- Ensure brand alignment and emotional coherence across all touchpoints.
