The Role
This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team within our permanent division in Bristol, collaborating with established clients across the UK. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top-tier procurement talent, while nurturing relationships with key clients. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle—from business development to candidate placement—driving both revenue and reputation.
Client & Candidate Engagement
- Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Deliver expert consultation and recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
- Conduct talent mapping and headhunting across your specialist vertical
Business Development
- Generate new business and secure exclusive or retained recruitment agreements
- Expand our footprint with existing Sanderson clients by introducing procurement capabilities
- Regularly attend client meetings and industry networking events
Team Collaboration & Market Expertise
- Share market insights and contribute to team strategy
- Work closely with colleagues across Sanderson’s divisions to offer holistic solutions
- Stay up to date with recruitment and finance industry trends
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in recruitment - ideally within the Procurement sector
- Strong commercial acumen and business development experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Drive, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting careers and building partnerships
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
