This role sits at the centre of a busy, fast-paced delivery function where you’ll be managing multiple small-scale projects from order through to completion. - Working closely with engineering, networking and internal delivery teams to ensure services are configured and delivered correctly.
- Tracking hardware, shipments and installation timelines to ensure everything is delivered on schedule.
- Managing and communicating customer expectations throughout the process
- Using tools such as Jira to manage workflow, tasks and delivery progress
- Identifying potential risks or delays and proactively resolving issues

- Stay calm under pressure and enjoy working with high volumes of activity.
- Proactive, takes ownership and naturally looks for ways to improve processes.
- Experience managing stakeholders or working across different teams.
- Prior experience of IT/Infrastructure would be advantageous but not essential.
