This role sits at the centre of a busy, fast-paced delivery function where you’ll be managing multiple small-scale projects from order through to completion. You’ll be responsible for keeping delivery on track across a high volume of live workstreams, ensuring customers receive their services on time and to expectation.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of concurrent small projects (often 15–20+ at a time)
  • Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, from initial request through to deployment
  • Working closely with engineering, networking and internal delivery teams to ensure services are configured and delivered correctly.
  • Tracking hardware, shipments and installation timelines to ensure everything is delivered on schedule.
  • Managing and communicating customer expectations throughout the process
  • Using tools such as Jira to manage workflow, tasks and delivery progress
  • Identifying potential risks or delays and proactively resolving issues

Over time, there will also be exposure to:

The ideal candidate will bring these skills to the table:

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in a coordination/delivery role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised and structured, with strong attention to detail.
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy working with high volumes of activity.
  • Proactive, takes ownership and naturally looks for ways to improve processes.
  • Experience managing stakeholders or working across different teams.
  • Prior experience of IT/Infrastructure would be advantageous but not essential.
