We are looking for experienced IT Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 laptop refresh project onsite in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure new Windows 11 laptops
- Provide basic user support during device handovers
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment
- Assist users with setup, login, and connectivity issues
- Support the onsite Project Manager with rollout activities
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in IT deployment, deskside, or refresh projects
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory
