Outsource UK is partnering with a well-established and growing UK banking group to find a highly motivated Conduct Risk Manager to join their SME Lending team. As Conduct Risk Manager, you’ll take a leading role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of operational risk and conduct frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing operational risk events within SME Lending – ensuring they’re recorded, investigated, and actions are implemented efficiently.
- Delivering and embedding the Conduct Risk framework across SME Lending.
- Preparing and submitting reports for the Operational Risk and Customer & Conduct Committees.
- Supporting the business to complete conduct-related and assurance actions within deadlines.
