We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a major retail transformation across in store and digital channels. This role is hands on. It needs someone who can get into the detail quickly and work closely with teams on site. 3 days per week on site in London office - This is a firm requirement.

What you will be doing:

  • Work across EPOS and front end till systems.
  • Focus on how they operate today and where they can be improved.
  • Shape and define UI and UX improvements.
  • Make the customer journey faster and simpler.
  • Support design, discovery and research.
  • Look at what next looks like in retail, especially around speed and seamless checkout.
  • Contribute to ecommerce and omnichannel work, including click and collect, checkout journeys and product placement.
  • Support smaller workstreams including e invoicing and VAT related changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in workshops and delivery sessions.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong Business Analyst background within retail or ecommerce.
  • Proven experience working on EPOS or till systems.
  • Solid UI and UX experience, able to shape and challenge user journeys.
  • Confident running workshops and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams at pace.
