Senior UX Designer
We're partnered with a global market leader in the manufacturing sector that is investing heavily in its digital transformation.
As part of this journey, they're looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the customer experience across a suite of global digital platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer looking to step up and have some more responsibility within their role.
It is based in their Reading office, and is a split of 4 days in the office with 1 at home – there is potential for some flexibility on this.
What we're looking for
- Proven UX/UI design experience in a commercial environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and business impact
- Expert knowledge of Figma and design systems
- Strong understanding of user research and analytics-led design
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with AI-powered design tools would be advantageous
What you'll be doing
- Own and evolve the organisation's digital design system
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences
- Use user research and analytics to inform design decisions
- Facilitate workshops and present design solutions to senior stakeholders
- Create prototypes and oversee designs through to delivery
- Champion a customer-first approach while balancing commercial objectives and delivery timelines
