We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Lead to drive the development and execution of robust, standardised planning practices across multiple concurrent programmes.
- Lead integrated planning activities across multiple programmes within a complex delivery landscape.
- Design and implement standardised planning frameworks, establishing consistent approaches from the ground up.
- Facilitate large-scale cross-programme planning events, such as PI planning, big room planning, or equivalent forums.
- Oversee programme planning cycles, ensuring alignment with key milestones and effective critical path management.
- Identify, map, and actively manage cross-programme dependencies, driving timely resolution of risks and conflicts.
- Operate effectively across organisational boundaries, ensuring collaboration and holding senior stakeholders accountable for planning commitments.
