Quality Technician – Permanent, Clevedon, £34k
We're partnered with a global engineering and manufacturing organisation that is renowned for delivering innovative technology solutions worldwide. Due to continued growth within their Supplier Quality function, they are looking to appoint a Quality Technician to support supplier quality activities and help drive operational excellence across the business.

What we're looking for:
- Experience within a quality, manufacturing or engineering environment
- Understanding of quality standards including ISO9001, ISO14001 and Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of process improvement and problem-solving tools such as 8D
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting quality investigations and non-conformance activities
- Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of working independently
- A degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Production or Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
What you'll be doing:
- Review and manage supplier PPAP submissions
- Investigate and maintain supplier quality records and documentation
- Liaise directly with suppliers regarding quality concerns, returns and corrective actions
- Attend supplier meetings focused on quality performance and non‑conformances
- Support stock inspections, rework activities and return‑to‑stock processes
- Coordinate supplier returns, repairs, export documentation and invoices
- Assist with packing and pallet preparation for supplier returns and shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supplier Quality team
