We are working with a forward thinking technology consultancy seeking an experienced Test Automation Leader to drive innovation, best practice and technical excellence across their QA and automation services. This is a role where you will shape automation strategy, mentor distributed QA teams and oversee the development of cutting edge automation frameworks. You will also play a key role in demonstrating the value of automation to clients and ensuring solutions remain aligned with modern engineering standards.
Salary: £65,000.00 per annum
Location: Fully Remote
Key Skills and Experience:
- Maintain and evolve QA best practices, standards and supporting documentation
- Drive continuous learning initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and third party partners
- 3-5 years of experience of implementing automation across cloud based implementations such as Azure and AWS
- Designed and built automation frameworks on a range of technology and toolsets covering Unit, API, UI Level automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, Jmeter, Axe, Browserstack)
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, including non functional testing capabilities
- Design and build custom tools or applications (Web, API or CLI) to solve engineering challenges
