Role: Python Developer Rate: £550 – £650 P/D Inside IR35 Location: Cardiff HQ – 1 day p/cm on site Duration: 6 Months Initial + Extensions We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Machine Learning technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, deploying machine learning models, and integrating cloud-based services using cutting-edge technologies. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong proficiency in Python and its scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy). Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and object-oriented programming. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Azure and GCP preferred (AWS considered). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A passion for AI/ML and a strong desire to learn and grow within a challenging and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python applications. Leverage cloud-native services on Azure and GCP for data storage, processing, and model deployment. Develop and implement robust and efficient machine learning models using libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Conduct in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into effective AI/ML solutions. Ensure the quality and performance of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and monitoring. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud computing, and software development best practices.
