Key Responsibilities- Project Initiation: Support the proposal management process, assisting with project setup and initiation activities.
- Project Finances: Create and maintain financial data, reports, and statistics to support project tracking and decision-making.
- Project Reporting: Produce and continuously improve weekly highlight reports to provide clear and concise project updates.
- Diary Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders, manage schedules, and capture actions and outcomes from Project Delivery Health Reviews.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Project Managers to ensure smooth project operations.
