We are seeking a highly experienced DV Cleared Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects within a high security environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of mission critical programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with government security and operational standards.
Rate - £725.00 per day inside ir35
Location - London
Duration - 6 - 12 Months
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across government departments, defence contractors, and internal technical teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and IT professionals, in secure environments.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, governance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Provide project leadership in accordance with recognised methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).
- Manage change requests, issues, and dependencies across large-scale programmes.

- Must have led complex infrastructure programmes
- Experience in managing multi vendor and multi disciplinary teams in secure settings
- Previous government experiences
- PRINCE2, APM, PMQ, MSP or Agile Certifications
