We are seeking a highly experienced DV Cleared Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects within a high security environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of mission critical programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with government security and operational standards.

Rate - £725.00 per day inside ir35

Location - London

Duration - 6 - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across government departments, defence contractors, and internal technical teams.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and IT professionals, in secure environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols, governance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide project leadership in accordance with recognised methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP).
  • Manage change requests, issues, and dependencies across large-scale programmes.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Active DV Clearance
  • Must have led complex infrastructure programmes
  • Experience in managing multi vendor and multi disciplinary teams in secure settings
  • Previous government experiences
  • PRINCE2, APM, PMQ, MSP or Agile Certifications
