Lead the development and execution of end-to-end test strategies and plans aligned to project objectives. Oversee all phases of testing including system, integration, Penetration, performance data and user acceptance testing Foster clear and effective communication between testing teams and key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts. Monitor testing progress, track key quality metrics, and manage defect lifecycles to ensure transparency and timely resolution. Uphold compliance with quality standards and industry best practices, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines or deliverables.
