Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire a team of PMO Analysts, fostering a culture of belonging, high performance, and growth.
- You’ll own and uplift the change framework, ensuring governance remains effective yet proportionate.
- Oversee quality assurance for projects and the wider portfolio, leading checkpoint sessions, conducting health checks, and embedding lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading PMO functions across complex programmes, including IT, business, and regulatory change.
- Financial Services experience is essential with a preference for Banking.
- Adept across all aspects of PMO including Planning, Risk & Issue Management, Reporting, Governance, Controls, Dependencies, Assurance & Document Management.
- Strong leadership skills, personality fit is key.
- Leads with purpose, empathy, and clarity.
- You bring a proactive, pragmatic approach to breaking down barriers and driving delivery at pace.
- You stay resilient when challenges arise and help others do the same.
