Summary of the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Development Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering learning and talent initiatives that support Diligenta’s people strategy.
Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will design, develop and embed impactful learning solutions that enhance capability, promote career development and drive organisational performance.
With a particular focus on competency frameworks/capability, leadership development, onboarding and career pathway programmes, you will help create engaging learning experiences that support both individual growth and long-term business success.
This role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual who can build strong stakeholder relationships, influence at all levels and deliver meaningful, value-adding outcomes.
