About the Role:

As a member of the Permanent Recruitment team, you’ll be accountable for delivering qualified candidates to our vast array of clients. - An ability to work across a wide variety of different roles from a number of different clients simultaneously, always ensuring a high level of candidate and customer satisfaction.
- A ‘can‑do’, proactive attitude and someone who possesses a clear passion and desire for consistently beating the competition.
- A proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of different sectors (including but not limited to Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Logistics and Energy).
- The ability to partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends, acting as a true recruitment partner.
