Overview
We're seeking an experienced Payments Product Owner to lead a critical PSP migration for a retail client, with a strong focus on online and ecommerce payments. You'll act as the payments SME, ensuring seamless, high-performing customer payment journeys across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the online payments product backlog and delivery roadmap
- Lead requirements and delivery for PSP migration, including APIs, integrations, and cutover
- Define and optimise ecommerce payment journeys (checkout, authorisation, authentication, refunds)
- Drive improvements in conversion rates, authorisation success, and customer experience
- Work closely with engineering, PSPs, gateways, and third-party vendors
- Ensure compliance with SCA/PSD2, 3DS, PCI-DSS, and fraud prevention standards
- Support UAT, go-live, and ongoing performance optimisation
