Partner Success Manager – Account Management & Growth
£40,000 base + bonus + commission

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of Cyber Security and IT services? A high-growth managed services provider is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their client services team, managing key accounts and driving strategic growth across a diverse client portfolio.
This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, shape service delivery, and unlock new commercial opportunities — all while being supported by a collaborative internal team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Management & Relationship Building
- Own and manage key client relationships through regular engagement
- Deliver strategic Quarterly Business Reviews and develop tailored roadmaps
- Ensure service excellence aligns with client expectations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Sales & Growth
- Take full ownership of your client pipeline and sales growth strategy
- Build and convert new opportunities from within existing client accounts
- Maintain profitability across a growing portfolio
- Drive c-suite engagement and influence client strategy
Operational & Strategic Oversight
- Be the internal advocate for your clients – handling escalations and service queries
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accountability and high delivery standards
- Analyse key service metrics (SOC and IT) to guide improvements
- Continuously refine internal processes for better customer experience and efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in Account Management (preferably in tech or professional services)
- Strong organisational and task management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including with senior client stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven approach
- Passion for Cyber Security and IT services
- Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and C-level executives
Bonus skills (not essential):
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing
- Understanding of Managed Services Providers (MSP) and Security Operations Centres (SOC)
