Partner Success Executive – Entry Level
£26,000 – £28,000 per annum
London (Hybrid)

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in client relationship management within the tech industry? A fast-growing, award-winning technology services company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Partner Success Executive to join their London-based team.
This is an entry-level position with excellent training, support, and clear progression opportunities. You’ll be joining a dynamic team that thrives on delivering outstanding service to clients, and you'll play a key role in supporting account managers and ensuring the smooth running of partner operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Partner Success team with day-to-day operations and client lifecycle tasks
- Provide administrative and quoting support to Sales and Partner Success teams
- Manage client subscription renewals (e.g., software licenses and warranties)
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate internal records
- Prepare client-facing reports (including PowerPoint presentations) for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Schedule internal meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actions
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain internal systems and ensure data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work in the London office at least 3 days a week
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Bristol office
- Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT – or relevant experience preferred
- Technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential
