This would be perfect for someone who has a track-record success in an Office Manager / Office Administrator position for a large, complex organisation and has the ability to build relationships across a range of seniority levels, cultures and personalities.
What You ll Do Act as the first point of contact for assigned technical teams, providing seamless administrative support and connecting them to the right people and departments Manage equipment ordering and coordination in line with company policies Partner with site management and facilities teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Plan and organise team events and meetings Coordinate new hire onboarding Oversee site access management and assist visitors with access requests Arrange travel and logistics for large groups, vendors, and visiting executives Support senior global executives during site visits What We re Looking For Proven experience supporting senior leaders and multiple teams in a busy, dynamic environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong communication skills (written verbal) A team player with a friendly, can-do attitude who thrives under pressure.
Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs before they arise.
