Revenue and Accounting Finance Manager

London based (hybrid working)

£65,000 – £75,000 (plus bonus and benefits)

A Revenue and Accounting Finance Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. In this role, the successful candidate will report into the Financial Controller and have five direct reports and ultimately oversee the end-to-end revenue accounting cycle and accounts receivable operations for the company’s UK & Ireland region.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £65,000 – £75,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the Revenue and Accounting Finance Manager role:

• Lead and manage the UK&I Revenue Accounting and AR teams, ensuring high performance, clear objectives, and ongoing development.
• Oversee month-end revenue close, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15 and internal policies.
• Prepare and run the monthly P&L review meeting for revenue, ensuring that in depth analysis is provided on the actuals.

Key skills required for the Revenue and Accounting Finance Manager role:

• Possess a relevant Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong experience in managing a Finance Team.
• Experienced in acting as a Finance business partner with the commercial team and producing commercial reports & analysis.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
