  • Experience working with SQL and No SQL databases, with knowledge of platforms such as SQL Server, Snowflake, One Lake or similar data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, CI/CD, Dev Ops and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working within Financial Services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with business stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach with a product mindset, enjoying working as part of a team to deliver practical AI solutions that create genuine business value.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines.
