We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Consultant to support a programme within a financial services client. This role is focused on driving real improvement across core operational processes. You will take ownership of end to end change. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and implement practical solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Lead process improvement work across operational and customer journeys
- Analyse current processes and identify inefficiencies
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finish
- Facilitate workshops and work with cross functional teams
- Use data to identify root cause issues and track outcomes
- Put in place improvements that drive measurable results

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is essential
- Strong experience delivering process improvement in financial services
- Previous experience working in a complex FS environment
