You will take end-to-end responsibility for a major transformation initiative involving technology delivery, vendor management, solution implementation and data migration, while also contributing to visibility across the wider enterprise change portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:

- Take ownership of project planning, delivery roadmap, governance, RAID and reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams and a key external vendor.
- Drive delivery across solution implementation and data migration activity.
- Manage budgets and support financial tracking for your programme.
- Produce audit-ready project artefacts aligned to the change framework.
- Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and governance across the business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering technology transformation.
- Strong background in systems / platform implementation, technology change, and data migration.
- Experience in banking, insurance, financial services or another regulated sector is highly desirable.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, internal technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong governance, stakeholder management and delivery ownership.
- Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment.
- Familiarity with cloud / SaaS environments, integrations and APIs.
- Comfortable working in a predominantly waterfall-led environment, with awareness of Agile delivery through suppliers.
Why this role?
- A 4-day working week (32 hours across 4 days).
- Hybrid flexibility- 2 days per week in the office.
- Opportunity to own a major transformation project.
- An opportunity to join a strongly purpose-led organisation.
- Excellent benefits package, including strong pension offering.
- Visible role working closely with the Head of Change and senior stakeholders.
The role is office-based in principle, with hybrid working available. In practice, this is expected to settle into a mix of office and home working, with more office presence likely at the start of the role. Candidates should be within a sensible commute of the Tunbridge Wells area.
