We are partnering with a global insurance consultancy and recognised market leader in operations and solutions, continuing to expand across the UK and wider EMEA region. As part of this growth, we are seeking a VP, Client Partner to take ownership of a strategic portfolio of insurance accounts and drive meaningful commercial and delivery outcomes.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with senior stakeholders across tier-one insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies. You’ll shape strategy, deepen relationships, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative solutions across the insurance value chain.

The Role: VP, Account Management

As VP, you will own a portfolio of 3–5 major Global Insurance accounts, acting as the strategic lead and primary relationship owner. You’ll drive growth, oversee delivery quality, and ensure commercial success across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships across insurer and ecosystem partners
  • Lead account strategy, growth planning, and expansion initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities and shape solutions with delivery leaders
  • Oversee P&L, budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Lead contract negotiations (SOWs, MSAs) and ensure compliance
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and within the insurance community
  • Champion delivery excellence and coordinate governance with internal teams
  • Act as the escalation point for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Drive Voice of Customer / NPS initiatives and action plans
  • Collaborate with business development teams to source and convert new opportunities

  • In-depth experience in insurance technology, consulting, or operations
  • Proven leadership of large-scale insurance delivery teams
  • Deep understanding of General Insurance / London Market insurance functions and market dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large budgets and revenue lines
  • Established network across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to travel across the UK and Europe (approx. 50%)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and drive change
