I am currently working in partnership with one of our key clients who are currently hiring for a Technology Manager.
/n
Their offices are based in London, but the role is hybrid and would only require 1 day a week in the office.
/n
The Role
/n
You must have experience in leading data & analytics engineering platforms.
/n
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business-critical transformation of technology delivery and supporting the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
/n
The key areas they are looking for experience in are:
/n
/n
- Strong track record of managing offshore and nearshore delivery teams at scale (30+ colleagues, multiple suppliers)
/n
- Good grounding in technology and data software delivery including system design, data pipeline development, or delivery management
/n
- Proven experience identifying and delivering continuous improvement through innovation, agile transformation and operational improvement initiatives
/n
- Experience operating at senior stakeholder level including engagement with executive leadership
/n
- Proven track record demonstrating strong commercial acumen and delivering financial value
/n
