Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm, are seeking a Team Assistant to support the team of Executive Assistants in the business and C-level stakeholders.

The Role:

As a Team Assistant, you will act as a gatekeeper, organiser, and trusted partner, ensuring the senior leader’s time is used effectively and business objectives are delivered seamlessly. This role is a hybrid of senior administrative duties and Executive Assistant support for the team of EAs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management, scheduling and prioritising across multiple demands
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing all correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Taking ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring follow-through and timely completion
  • Coordinating travel arrangements locally and internationally
  • Planning and organising meetings, events, and offsites
  • Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
  • Managing expenses and processing invoices
  • Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking action points
  • Supporting with broader administrative tasks as required

About You:

  • Ideally has demonstrable experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Holds experience within financial services or another professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Thinks strategically about time management, prioritisation, and workload
  • Has a track record of taking ownership of work and delivering tasks end-to-end
  • Is highly trustworthy and discreet, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
