Overview:
We are working with a FTSE 100 business to hire a HR System Product Owner to support implementation and own ongoing product vision for Orgvue on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work with a household name during a period of positive transformation, defining and maintaining the product vision for the critical technology.
I appreciate it's very niche but having deep knowledge of Orgvue is essential to secure an interview for this role. We are open to those from an out-and-out Product Owner background as well as those from other backgrounds like a systems implementation or consultancy background.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery and optimisation of Orgvue and wider HR technology including configuration, release management, and global rollouts.
- Ensure alignment with the wider People / HR / Workforce Planning / Talent professionals.
- Lead the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap, delivering enhancements that improve experience through integrated, data-driven solutions.
- Manage system integrations to enable seamless data flow and advanced workforce analytics.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, while delivering training, workshops, and change initiatives to maximise adoption and impact.
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery.
- Continuously monitor performance, user feedback, and industry trends to drive innovation, optimise workflows, and enhance organisational capability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an HR technology ownership role or similar position.
- Knowledge of Orgvue, ideally in deployment, analytical insight and development.
- Track record of building relationships with Organisational Design, HR and Talent Professionals.
- Experience linking workforce planning and technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – externally and with suppliers.
- Experience in a large, complex organisation is highly desirable.
- Flexibility on salary – Happy to discuss on a first call.
