Develop and customise Service Now Service Portal pages, widgets, and components using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Service Now scripting.
Extend portal functionality with Service Now APIs and integrations.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the portal with Service Now modules and external systems.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
